RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our main goal and we do everything possible to make sure your photo items are made to your specifications and our standards. Each item is checked for quality prior to packing and shipping. However, due to the personalization of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds and all sales are final. We realize that there may be exceptions to this policy and are willing to review cases on an individual basis. Of course, if it was our error, we will send a replacement free of charge.

DAMAGED ITEMS If by chance an item is damaged during shipping, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will send a replacement at no charge.

CANCELING ORDERS Orders may be canceled as long as the item isn't in production. Call us at 715.263.3365 during business hours to speak with our Customer Service to cancel an order.

SHIPPING
Shipping to and from SaeCheez.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. We use UPS as our shipping method. For orders over $100.00 we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
To provide the best possible results please use .jpg images for your photo gifts. We can use other formats, but for best color reproduction we recommend the .jpg format especially for pictures. The file format .jpg is the most commonly used format with digital cameras today. By default, most cameras already save your images as.jpg.

For images other than photos we support the following file formats .tiff, .jpg, .bmp, .psd, .eps and .pdf . We will be very happy to work with you on using these formats to get the best results possible. Please contact us for use of these type of extensions.

Please use the highest resolution possible. When taking pictures set your digital camera to the highest resolution setting, this will give you the greatest flexibility in using your images.

Please scan all images in at least 300 dpi.

To send a photo or image by mail, please send to SaeCheezImages, PO Box 395, Clear Lake, WI 54005. All photos returned unharmed.

All images will be used for your photo gift as you send them unless you speak with us and make a special request. We will make every effort for your photos to copy well, but remember our products can only be as good as your photos. The clearer the photo the better the photo will look on the gift. Photos with some background usually work very well, as well as photos that have lighter backgrounds. Check the specifications for individual items for best results.

• Single sheet 8.5 X 11. Picture on top and the 12 months below, laminated for all year long protection $7.95.
